Neeta is employed as a Staff Specialist in Paediatric Dentistry at Westmead Centre for Oral Health and Sydney Dental Hospital. She is also a Visiting Dental Officer at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. She is currently the Head of Discipline in Paediatric Dentistry for The University of Sydney.

Neeta completed her Master of Dental Surgery from India and continued to the UK where she successfully obtained an MPhil from The University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. She is involved in providing continuing education at postgraduate and graduate levels, has published and lectured widely and continues to be actively involved in research. Clinically, her areas of interests include dental trauma, restorative dentistry and managing children with special needs and dental phobias.  She continues to maintain her specialist practice at the Blacktown Specialist Dental Clinic and at Charles Sturt University Clinic in Albury.
